Message from Tomarza Vocational School MANAGER

Our Vocational School; It was established in Tomarza, a distinguished district of our country, in order to provide education in accordance with the basic values ​​and strategic goals of our country, to train individuals equipped with universally valid knowledge and skills, and to train qualified technical staff that our country's industry needs, especially in Kayseri. Although our Vocational School has a close past, it has completed both its physical infrastructure and academic development in a short time and was established as the Department of Construction as of the 2013-2014 academic year.

Currently, four formal education programs within two departments of our School continue their activities. These are the Construction Technology Program and the Building Inspection Program within the Construction Department, the Architectural Restoration Program and the Map and Cadastre Program under the Architecture and Urban Planning Department.

At the end of the 2 years (4 semesters) education period in our Vocational School, students who are successful are given an "associate degree diploma" and our graduates have the title of "technician". In addition, our graduates are enrolled in the relevant faculties (from the Map Cadastre Program to Environmental Engineering, Geomatics Engineering, Map Engineering, Forestry Engineering, Land Registry Cadastre and City and Regional Planning departments, from the Architectural Restoration Program to Tile, Handicrafts, Old Tile Repairs, Traditional Turkish Handicrafts, Traditional Turkish Arts, Interior Architecture, Interior Architecture and Environmental Design, Architecture, Protection and Restoration of Cultural Heritage, City and Regional Planning, Illumination departments, Construction Technology Program to Architecture and Civil Engineering departments, Building Control Program departments to Civil Engineering departments ) can switch.

Our Vocational School has a highly technological infrastructure and physical equipment. In our Vocational School, there are 9 classrooms, 2 computer laboratories with a capacity of 110 people, 1 technical drawing room, 3 workshops consisting of professional practice laboratories, 1 study hall, 1 conference hall, canteen and cafeteria. In our Vocational School, a total of 11 academic staff, including 1 Doctor, 4 lecturers, 6 lecturers, and 10 administrative staff work.
